Andrew M. DeSalvo President With 25 years in the food business, holding senior management positions with two brokers in the New York market, Andy is President of B & D Sales and Marketing.  Andy's  background includes four years with a major manufacturer combined with three years with a major supermarket chain. Andy is a Graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University with a B.S. in Marketing and has served on a number of manufacturers' advisory boards, including Drackett Products, Coca-Cola Foods and American Cyanamid. Walter Bycsek Executive Vice President Wally has spent 30 years in the food services business, holding V.P. positions with two Major food brokers. Wally also spent five years with a major food manufacturer, and is one of the most experienced, respected salesmen in the Metro New York food industry. Wally graduated from Brookdale College majoring in Marketing. Warren Katilus Senior Vice President Warren started his career in the food business with a major NY supermarket chain holding several staff and senior management positions. This experience led to senior management and equity positions in two New York based Food Brokers. Warren has served on several manufacturers' advisory boards, served as the Account Executive for both national and regional principals, and has called on Metro New York market customers for well over 20 years. Warren is a graduate of SCCC in N.Y. Charles Bellino Vice President Charlie started his career in the food brokerage business after serving four years in the Navy followed by becoming a 7-11 franchise owner. With a BBA from Dowling College he entered the brokerage business in 1976 and has held several VP, Management positions with Major Brokers in the Metro New York area representing and managing many premier companies in their respective categories.
	The support staff at B&D Sales include seasoned account professionals, a Sales Service/EDI staff, as well as complete retail penetration.
